Connect with yourself

There's no one way to begin. There's just your way.

Whether you're stepping onto a yoga mat for the first time, returning after a break, or looking to explore this practice more deeply, there's space for you here.

You don't need to be flexible. You don't need to have it all figured out. You just need to show up, with a little curiosity and a willingness to explore.

Through movement, breath, and awareness, we begin to understand ourselves a little better, one practice at a time.

Dear learner,

I'm glad we crossed paths.

Maybe you're here for better health, a little more calmness, to move your body, or simply to understand yourself better. Whatever brought you here, this practice has space for you.

In my own search for answers, I stumbled across yoga. What started as a practice on the mat gradually became something much bigger. It helped me discover a version of myself I didn't know existed, and it continues to teach me things about myself even today.

Over time, I've come to see yoga as much more than asanas. It's in the way we breathe, the way we respond to life, the patterns of our minds, and the little choices we make every day.

I'm not here to tell you what your journey should look like. I'm here as a friend, a guide, and a fellow learner, sharing a practice that has given me so much.

We'll take it one practice at a time.

What I offer

Different ways to practise. A space to begin wherever you are.

Group yoga sessions

Move together. Grow together.

There's something special about having a space where you can show up for yourself while being part of a community.

Our group sessions bring together Hatha and Ashtanga yoga asana practices, pranayama, and relaxation. We work on strength, mobility, balance, and awareness while learning to listen to our bodies rather than constantly push them.

Whether you're a beginner or returning to your practice, we'll work towards building a practice that feels sustainable and meaningful to you.

Private yoga sessions

Your practice, your pace, your needs.

Your practice is personal, and it should meet you where you are.

Whether you're beginning your journey, working towards a particular goal, managing limitations, or wanting to explore yoga more deeply, private sessions give us the space to work together on what you need.

We'll consider your experience, your body, your lifestyle, and your goals to create a practice that evolves with you. Along the way, we'll explore movement, breathwork, and relaxation, with modifications and guidance suited to your needs.

You don't have to figure it all out on your own. We'll take it one step at a time.

Pre- and postnatal yoga

Supporting you through a season of change.

Pregnancy and the months after childbirth bring changes to your body, energy, and everyday life. Your yoga practice can offer a space to slow down, move mindfully, and connect with yourself through these changes.

Sessions are adapted to your stage of pregnancy or postpartum recovery, your comfort, and your individual needs. Depending on your circumstances, we may explore appropriate movement, breathing practices, relaxation, and body awareness.

The intention isn't to push your limits. It's to support you in moving with awareness and finding moments of ease along the way.

Weekly pranayama practice

Our breath is something we carry with us every day, yet we rarely take the time to observe it.

These weekly sessions offer a space to slow down, become aware of your breathing, and explore traditional pranayama practices in a guided setting.

Whether you're completely new to pranayama or looking to build a more consistent practice, you're welcome here.

The sessions are donation-based because I want these practices to remain accessible to more people.

Come as you are. Breathe at your own pace.

What they're saying

Meet Yashvi

500+ Hour Certified Yoga Instructor

Yoga began as a practice on the mat for me, but it gradually became a way to explore the mind, the breath, and the way we move through life.

Today, I share this practice with the hope of helping others discover what yoga can mean for them, in their own time and in their own way.

A few things you might be wondering

Is yoga suitable for complete beginners?

Yes. Beginners are very welcome. Classes include guidance and modifications, so you can start where you are and build from there.

Do I need to be flexible to join?

Not at all. Flexibility isn't a prerequisite. It's something that can develop with practice, and it's never the measure of a "good" practice.

Can I return to yoga after taking a long break?

Of course. Many people come back after time away. We'll ease in at a pace that feels right for your body today, not where you were before.

What should I bring to class?

A yoga mat, a water bottle, and comfortable clothes you can move and breathe in. If you're unsure about anything else, just ask when you enquire.

How do online classes work?

Online classes are held live on Zoom. Once you've enquired and joined, you'll receive the details to join. Find a quiet spot with enough room for your mat, and you're set.

Can I join if I have a health condition or physical limitation?

Please let me know about any health conditions, injuries, pregnancy-related concerns, or physical limitations before you begin, so we can talk about modifications. Where appropriate, it's a good idea to check with your doctor first. Yoga isn't a substitute for medical care, and every body is different.

Do you offer private yoga sessions?

Yes. Private sessions are shaped around your experience, your body, and your goals. Send a message on WhatsApp to talk about what you're looking for.

How do I enquire about joining a class?

The easiest way is to message me on WhatsApp. I'll share fees, registration details, and current availability.

Your practice starts here

You don't need to have a plan before you begin.

Tell me a little about yourself, what you're looking for, or what you'd like to explore through yoga. We can figure out the next step together.

Whether you're interested in group classes, private sessions, or simply want to know more, I'd love to hear from you.
